It was so nice to stay in Hotel NH Bogota since April 3 to April 10. It was more safe and easy access to every location - Monserrate, Galleria, Plaza Bolivar and many more. Reception speaks both English & Spanish , very friendly and always treat you with smile. Front Security always willing to help. This was my first trip to Colombia and Hotel NH was my first hotel and I was impressed how they help - I had to catch 6am flight to Cartagena and UBER did not show up 4.30am.. Hotel front desk jump and arrange Hotel Taxi - You are safe and well taken care of. Room staff comes and ask weather to clean your room many times. I did not get a chance to enjoy their food in restaurant or room services. On the side there is a bakery, wow their breakfast is amazing. I made mistake in my first review. Please, please do not judge Colombia by looking Net Flix movies. Colombia is a great country, great people and I will visit again and again and I will revisit Hotel NH Bogota - My very first hotel in Colombia

A very neat hotel with a friendly staff. But there breakfast is really terrible. They obviously are understaffed and short on everything. Trays are empty most times. Ate twice already and it’s the same. The management has to do something. It used to be a very good place and now I’m really disappointed!

The rooms are very nice and are spacious. Breakfast is an additional charge which is a negative for me. Also, we were unable to get water from anywhere because the restaurant was closed and so were all the stores. It would be nice if the front desk stocked some water for their guest, or at least in the mini-fridge in the room. The security guard was not the most polite. The rooms can get pretty cold and there is no air-conditioning or heat.

Do not go to this hotel, I forgot my watch. I was at this place for a night. I left my watch on the night table, unfortunately I forgot it when I left the place, I called the hotel they said they supposedly checked my room and didn’t find it. I am 100% sure I left it in the room because I took it off before I shower in the morning minutes before I left the hotel. I called the hotel they told me they checked and didn’t find it. These people took my watch and told me they couldn’t find it. Not recommend, it is never okay to go into a place where they take your stuff and they say they cant do anything.

Es un gran hotel. las instalaciones y la vista estuvieron muy bien, todo el personal que atendió el lugar fue muy cordial, amable y atento. en cuanto al desayuno que sirvieron estuvo muy completo y delicioso. La habitación me pareció cómoda y bien dotada. La atención fue muy amable. La ubicación no es la mejor. Aunque en automóvil es cerca de autos interesantes, saliendo del hotel hay poco que ver y hacer; además, no parece muy seguro. Hay bastante ruido afuera que llega hasta el interior del hotel.

We spent two nights at this hotel and it was overall verygood. Staff is very friendly and helpful, very comfortable lobby (our flight arrive stop early so we camped a couple of hours at the lobby). Great WiFi connection which helps a lot for work. Only weak point was the bar, very boring, plain and not nice at all.

NH modesto. Bien ubicado cerca del aeropuerto y del recinto Corferias. Personal amable. Desayuno correcto. Tiene restaurante abierto hasta las 22:00. La habitación espaciosa pero algo desangelada. El ruido de la calle se oye bastante. El agua de la ducha no tiene mucha presión.

Es un hotel moderno, con amplios espacios en la habitación...falta un poco más de variedad en el menú del room service porque aunque la carta es amplia..al momento de realizar un pedido sólo cuentan con algunas opciones como en el tipo de pan...proteína..etc. Como sugerencia que equipen las habitaciones con mesa y plancha...tampoco tienen secador de cabello...la ducha fue una tortura porque no hay agua caliente y para obtener agua tibia tocó abrirla por completo...es estilo lluvia y parecen agujas de acupuntura al momento que el agua toca el cuerpo...como ven...mucho por mejorar..resalto la atención del personal del restaurante...amable y atento nuestro mesero..

Good location for business at the University and the center of the city, comfortable rooms, and a very good breakfast buffet plenty of fresh fruit, colorful breads , good capuccino and fresh juices. Service on the restaurant excellent. Olga Martinez, beautifully dressed, took excellent care of us.

I loved this hotel!The room was large and clean with a great decor. The staff were all amazing (everyone’s English was better than my Spanish 🤭). I would recommend adding breakfast to your reservation. They make eggs for you on request, massive fruit/juice section and a patio to eat out on in the warmer months. I stayed here one night with the purpose of going to Monserrate. In retrospect, I should have stayed longer and done the Gold museum etc, which is in that half of the city.

I stayed at the NH Royal For 4 days. The hotel is a business hotel with spacious, clean rooms with fairly comfortable beds. The food in the restaurant is good, I really appreciated the low room rate and fluffy pillows. The hotel is a bit older and rooms not very soundproof between rooms and floors.

We stayed at the NH Royal Urban 26 for 4 nights. The hotel is a business hotel with spacious, clean rooms with fairly comfortable beds. We appreciated the low room rate and fluffy pillows. The hotel is a bit older and rooms not very soundproof between rooms and floors. What made our stay great was the service provided by the staff- from front desk staff, housekeeping and restaurant staff. This morning we received outstanding cheerful service from Olga Martinez who gave us exceptional service at breakfast. Thank you NH Royal Urban 26 staff!

The rooms are fairly large. There is no electric kettle in the room. Rooms facing main road are very noisy at night as there is lot of traffic. Breakfast was ok with hot choice of omlette and usual fare. Corferias is a short stroll away. Next to hotel is a small supermarket and few eating joints. The hotel is more suitable for people visiting Corferias as there is nothing else to do in near vicinity.
