Hermoso lugar, muy cuidado, villas amplias con cosina super equipadas y hermosa alberca, lo único que no nos gustó fue la playa, no se veía limpia por el sargazo.

Nos encantó todo muy tranquilo y la atención perfecta de parte de todos la playa perfecta para niños o adultos mayores sin olas, lastima que nos toco aún sargazo estuvimos los primeros días de septiembre

Excelente hotel para la familia en relación calidad y precio. Nos encantó que está directo enfrente de la playa, la deliciosa comida del restaurante de afuera (especialmente las tostadas de atún y el rico flan de postre), la comodidad, ubicación, limpieza y la amabilidad del personal. Los espacios comunes súper agradables. La señorita que limpiaba nuestra habitación (Wielma) fue siempre muy linda y atenta. Talvez como única observación, sea conveniente algo de mantenimiento en las habitaciones por ejemplo en las ventanas corredizas y en los baños, pero fuera de ésto quedamos encantados con éste hotel. Sin duda volveremos muy pronto! Gracias por todo.

Excellent location, nice service, good food for breakfast. A bit rough service habits at the restaurant. Beautiful large area with well maintained flora. Clean pool where you can swim until 9 p.m. under artificial light. Rooms spacious. Minuses: strong seaweed smell during early morning and late evening hours in September (blooming season for seaweed). Bad smell of bitter air in all rooms ( old santechnic?), which spoils the impression. Very poorly looking reception. Generally, very good 3 star hotel for a short stay, although it is positioned as 4 stars.....

Overall the physical hotel is great. Night staff provided terrible service, see end of review. Day staff are very attentive and provide great service. Hotel is clean and meets decent standard on looks. However, I only got four hours of sleep my last night. Rm 22xx had a dog that barked all night. The guests from there were verbally loud with their door open having a "party." The night staff took too long to respond to my complaint. Sep 11, 2 am to 3 30 pm receptionist kept saying she would investigate. I had to go to her four times until they FINALLY offered a different room. If they would hire better night staff the stay would have been great. And yes I keep my real name private on here but I will be giving this hotel a call first chance.

We absolutely LOVED and enjoyed our stay in beach scape kin ha! Completely recommend it, everyone is so nice, kind and professional. The food is very good, the pool has a perfect view to the ocean It’s not to crowded so it’s kind of exclusive! The suites are more than you’ll ever need and it’s a perfect place to stay with family and friends or with your couple Definitely will be back soon!

Do not stay at the Beachscape Kin Ha Villas & Suites Cancún.I travel abroad 10+ times a yearfor work and pleasure, and just recently returned from Mexico after staying in five different hotels across the Riviera Maya.While four of the hotels were fantastic, our experience at Beachscape was terrible.For starters, after emailing the hotelthree days prior to check-in to ask them to cancel our first night of two due to being unable to travel to Beachscape because ferries were halted because of Hurricane Grace, they informed us vaguely that we can figure out the cancelation upon arrival.Once we arrived,the hotel claimed that we were a no show and sought to charge us full price for both nights for each of the reserved rooms.After showing the email response from their reservations department and waiting an hour in the lobby, we finally had the chance to speak to an on duty manager and got the issue resolved.Then, the next day, upon checking out, my ride that I had used without any issues during our entire two-week trip in Mexico did not show up to bring us to the airport.Upon calling our ride, I was informed that the hotel security had informed my ride that they (security) had spoken to me and that I was resting and not to be bothered, which is a complete falsehood.This forced us to hurriedly order a taxi through the hotel to make our flights even though we had all been up and checked out waiting out front of the hotel for our ride to the airport before the agreed pick-up time.I imagine the hotel has some sort of deal with a taxi firm and would rather risk us missing our flights than use an outside ride service.It adds to the negative experience that the hotel quoted us a lower price prior to our departure to the airport than what the taxi driver asked of us upon arrival at the airport. In sum, we will never stay at the Beachscape again and forewarn readers to not make the same mistake.

I had very high expectations for this place based on reviews and pictures, but boy was I wrong. We stayed here for 4 nights and I was absolutely shocked and disappointed. Before I start I want to say that the problem with this place is not the workers, they are very nice and helpful, but the hotel itself. As soon as you enter the rooms its smells putrid almost like mold. Broken tiles, dirty counters, low ceilings, it almost feels like you're in a dark box. The rooms and decor are very very outdated. We had kids running up and down stairs and literally screaming/whistling in the halls at 2 am in the morning, called the front desk and they did nothing.Breakfast was mediocre, the only place that I actually enjoyed was the gym. Pool and the close proximity to the beach was a plus as well. In all I would not come back here to this hotel/villa. Pay the extra money and find a better stay.

I highly recommend Beachscape. It is one of the best value hotels in the hotel zone. It is more like a Residence Inn on the beach. If you are on a budget, I would recommend this hotel. It is not as luxurious as other resorts, but you aren’t paying as much. The pool is huge with a kids area, and the beach bar has good seafood and drinks. I will definitely bring my family back here. The rooms also have a full kitchen if you get the suite, so you can go to the supermarket and cook yourself!

Enrique (the bell man) is the BEST! We had just left a hotel that was just horrible. We looked and looked for a better place to stay. As soon as we got dropped off by the bus, we arrived at the front and Enrique made our experience immediately when we walked up. He assisted us that this place would be so much better for us and encouraged us to let him know if we needed anything! He took our bags, walked us to our room and told us everything we needed to know to make this a great experience. The beach is great, rooms super clean and, the restaurant on the beach was incredible. We did have an issue on check in where my husband paid for a beach view and we didn't get one when we got there. The guy didn't give him any of the money back for it since we paid and it wasn't available when we got there. Oh well. When it was time to leave we asked Enrique how to get to the airport and he set up a taxi to come get us right on time. Enrique is the best thing about this place!

El hotel está conformado por varios pequeños edificios tipo villas, con amplios y cuidados jardines, salas de estar, dos restaurantes y tienda que además tiene souvenirs. Todo es muy limpio, las habitaciones son amplias y todas tienen una terraza, modestas en su decoración pero muy cómodas. Su personal es sumamente amable y el hotel en general es muy bonito, tiene rampas para discapacitados y sillas de ruedas. Solamente como sugerencia, hay que tener mucho cuidado en el área de la regadera para enjuagarse el agua del mar, ya que no hay coladera para que se vaya la arena y el piso guarda bastante sedimento de arena encharcada, lo que es sumamente resbaloso y ocasiona fuertes accidentes y caídas graves.

Cobrança abusiva. Não indico este hotel. Fiz meu Checkin neste hotel em 06/04/2021. Minha reserva foi efetuada pelo Hurb, ao realizar a reserva no site o mesmo informa que os valores referentes as taxas administrativas estão incluídas no momento da finalização da compra, no site do Hurb. Impostos locais, taxas de serviços e resort fees podem não estar inclusas e devem ser pagas diretamente ao hotel. Sabia que poderiam ser cobradas taxas, mas quando fizCheckin me cobraram uma taxa de 151 dólares por 6 diárias alegando resort fee. A recepcionista não sabia nem o porque essa taxa era cobrada. Tive que pesquisar o que era “É um valor cobrado por hotéis dessa categoria para garantir ao hóspede o acesso a determinados serviços e áreas da hospedagem.” Fiquei muito surpresa, questionei para outros casais que estão hospedados em diversos hotéis bons e até resorts em cancun pelo Hurb também se o hotel havia cobrado essa taxa , e todos me informaram que não. Apenas cobram cerca de 26 pesos mexicanos por dia, cerca de 8 reais, que era o que estávamos esperando de taxa.Então deixo aqui minha indignação com esse hotel, que cobra uma taxa abusiva dos clientes por usar internet e piscina é isso mesmo ? O custo desta taxa é muito elevado e não justifica pelos serviços que oferecem. Não recomendo. Hotéis bem melhores na zona hoteleira que não cobram essa taxa absurda. Falta de respeito com o cliente. Reclamação também aberta junto aoHurb nesta datapara poder avaliar melhor seus hotéis conveniados.

Uma ótima surpresa em Cancun. Pelo valor que nãoé tão abusivo, como os demais lugares em Cancun é incrível, mas não tem luxo e ostentação como muitos gostam. Piscina ótima, estrutura de praia super boa. Comidinhas também muito bem feitas e servidas e Os quartos são confortáveis. 15 minutinhos se caminhada e vc estará no centrinho “fanfarrão” de Cancun. Mais dois pontos positivos, não recebe excursões e não tem grupos de adolescentes, aliás o grande público são aposentados americanos que passam o dia em volta da piscina comendo pringles e tomando cerveja, na boa. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
